Refund policy

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless you receive written notification from us allowing the cancellation. If your order is not accepted, we will notify you by phone or email and, where applicable, arrange a full refund of any amounts paid.

Returns
You agree to inspect all goods upon delivery or collection and to promptly notify us and the carrier of any shortages, damage, or defects. After signing the delivery note, the goods will be deemed accepted, and you will not be entitled to reject them for any reason.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are not refundable.
