Shipping policy

All normal orders (excluding pre-arrival stock) must be delivered or collected within 60 days of the sales confirmation date.

Orders not collected within 60 days will incur a separate storage fee. We reserve the right to withhold the wines or cancel the order if unpaid storage fees remain outstanding.

Unless otherwise stated, orders with pre-arrival and in-stock items will be delivered after the pre-arrival stock arrives. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Estimated arrival dates for pre-arrival products are estimates and may change due to shipment and customs clearance.
